All I know is after taking this product for 6 months my A1C dropped from 6.8 (that I struggled to get that low) to 5.7 without a struggle. I became diabetic about 15 years ago, and for almost 17 years i worked a rapid rotational shift, switching shifts from days to nights every few days.
